proceso intensivo de entrenamiento y capacitaci\u00f3n para potenciar sus negocios, BancoSol inici\u00f3 el \u201cPrograma Track de Mujeres 2023\u201d con la participaci\u00f3n de 150 mujeres emprendedoras de las ciudades de Cochabamba, La Paz, y Santa Cruz.<\/p><p>Ver\u00f3nica Gavilanes, gerente General adjunta de BancoSol explic\u00f3 que durante este per\u00edodo, las emprendedoras conocer\u00e1n herramientas digitales, desarrollar\u00e1n capacidades de liderazgo y manejo de equipos, toma de decisiones y negociaci\u00f3n efectiva, finanzas y financiamiento, adem\u00e1s de marketing digital, para mejorar su eficiencia y escalar sus negocios.<\/p><p>Adicionalmente, tendr\u00e1n acceso a espacios de networking, charlas con expertos internacionales y conocer\u00e1n
