resultados de la Cuarta Ronda de Evaluaci\u00f3n Mutua del Grupo de Acci\u00f3n Financiera de Latinoam\u00e9rica (Gafilat), que eval\u00faa c\u00f3mo est\u00e1 Bolivia en cuanto a la lucha contra la legitimaci\u00f3n de ganancias il\u00edcitas, inform\u00f3 la directora de la Unidad de Investigaciones Financieras (UIF), Pamela Troche.<\/p><p>\u201cDentro de los est\u00e1ndares internacionales, el equipo evaluador va a ver y a analizar c\u00f3mo est\u00e1 Bolivia en cuanto al cumplimiento normativo. Si bien mencione que con lo que tenemos, tenemos que trabajar y as\u00ed se ha venido haciendo, los resultados de todo lo que hemos presentado y enviado al equipo evaluador se va a conocer en diciembre\u201d, precis\u00f3 en Bolivia Tv.<\/p><p>Desde noviembre de 2022 Bolivia est\u00e1 en esta Cuarta Ronda de Evaluaci\u00f3n y en abril lleg\u00f3 una misi\u00f3n del organismo internacional, como parte de este trabajo.<\/p><p>La Cuarta Ronda de Evaluaci\u00f3n se efect\u00faa para ver en qu\u00e9 medida el pa\u00eds cumple con los est\u00e1ndares internacionales relacionados con la lucha contra la legitimaci\u00f3n de ganancias il\u00edcitas, financiamiento al terrorismo y lavado de dinero.<\/p><p>Troche explic\u00f3 que en Bolivia se est\u00e1 trabajando con la normativa vigente, sin que ello impida hacer, de ser necesario, actualizaciones.<\/p><p>El Gafilat es una organizaci\u00f3n intergubernamental de base regional que agrupa a 18 pa\u00edses de Am\u00e9rica del Sur, Centroam\u00e9rica y Am\u00e9rica del Norte.<\/p><p>Bolivia es miembro del Gafilat desde el 2009 y es un integrante fundador de Gafisud, junto con Argentina, Brasil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Per\u00fa y Uruguay, mediante la firma del Memorando de Entendimiento constitutivo del Grupo, el 8 de diciembre de 2000 en Cartagena de Indias, Colombia.<\/p><p>De ser negativo un informe se da curso a la figura de \u201cseguimiento intensificado\u201d, lo que puede derivar en la incorporaci\u00f3n de una lista \u201cgris\u201d que afecta, principalmente, a los exportadores que hacen transacciones en otros pa\u00edses.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-756315b elementor-align-center elementor-widget
