a representantes del sector p\u00fablico, privado y de la sociedad civil, con el prop\u00f3sito de validar los resultados del mapeo de polos de innovaci\u00f3n social en Bolivia, adem\u00e1s de promover el di\u00e1logo multiactor y cocrear acciones que fortalezcan el ecosistema nacional de innovaci\u00f3n social.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante la sesi\u00f3n, Julia G\u00f3mez, Gerente Nacional de Operaciones de Banco Ecofuturo, particip\u00f3 en el panel \u201cAmpliaci\u00f3n de la perspectiva de g\u00e9nero: estrategia clave para potenciar las empresas y organizaciones\u201d, donde comparti\u00f3 la experiencia y buenas pr\u00e1cticas de la instituci\u00f3n en materia de inclusi\u00f3n financiera para mujeres.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEn la banca, productos como EcoTriunfadora demuestran que integrar la perspectiva de g\u00e9nero es tambi\u00e9n una innovaci\u00f3n financiera sostenible. Este producto fue dise\u00f1ado para responder a las necesidades de las mujeres microempresarias bolivianas, especialmente de \u00e1reas rurales, brind\u00e1ndoles acceso a capital con tasas preferenciales y condiciones flexibles\u201d, explic\u00f3 G\u00f3mez.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">EcoTriunfadora es una l\u00ednea de cr\u00e9dito que ya tiene tres a\u00f1os en el mercado y est\u00e1 dirigida exclusivamente a mujeres emprendedoras. Permite acceder a financiamiento para capital de inversi\u00f3n, capital de operaciones o consumo, e incluye beneficios adicionales como garant\u00edas flexibles, tasas preferenciales y asistencias en salud y asesor\u00eda legal sin costo adicional.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El producto refleja el compromiso del Banco Ecofuturo con el desarrollo de las mujeres como motor econ\u00f3mico de los hogares bolivianos, impulsando su autonom\u00eda y mejorando sus condiciones de vida.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Igualmente, en la exposici\u00f3n G\u00f3mez demostr\u00f3 que el liderazgo femenino no es una excepci\u00f3n; sino que es una estructura. Los n\u00fameros m\u00e1s importantes demuestran que el 59% de jefaturas nacionales y gerentes de sucursal son mujeres aplicando una cultura organizacional inclusiva.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El panel abord\u00f3 temas vinculados a c\u00f3mo la incorporaci\u00f3n del enfoque de g\u00e9nero y la reducci\u00f3n de desigualdades contribuyen a la innovaci\u00f3n, la cultura organizacional y la sostenibilidad a largo plazo, desde las pol\u00edticas empresariales hasta la ejecuci\u00f3n de proyectos con impacto social.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con su
