C\u00e1mara Boliviana de Blockchain (CABLOCK), junto a Blockfinity Advisors y Crystal Intelligence, el encuentro se convirti\u00f3 en el primer foro institucional del pa\u00eds dedicado a la regulaci\u00f3n, supervisi\u00f3n y adopci\u00f3n de activos digitales, bajo el lema \u201cInnovaci\u00f3n, confianza y liderazgo para construir la econom\u00eda digital de Bolivia\u201d.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La agenda reuni\u00f3 a destacados expertos internacionales como Patricia Tudisco, intendente de Supervisi\u00f3n Financiera del Banco Central del Uruguay; Juan Carlos Reyes, presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Activos Digitales de El Salvador; Nagel Lisanias Paulino, del Banco Central de Brasil; y Fernando Arriola, director de la C\u00e1mara Paraguaya de Fintech.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La representaci\u00f3n boliviana estuvo liderada por Henry Hoyos y Mauricio Torrelio, de CABLOCK; Fritz Reckling, fundador y CEO de Blockfinity Advisors; y Laura Ambrosio, de Crystal Intelligence. Asimismo, representantes de ASOBAN, ASOFIN, FINRURAL y entidades como el Banco Nacional de Bolivia, Banco Mercantil Santa Cruz, Banco Ganadero y Banco PyME Ecofuturo participaron en paneles sobre el impacto de los activos digitales en el sistema financiero nacional.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante el foro tambi\u00e9n se present\u00f3 el primer instrumento desarrollado en Bolivia para transparentar m\u00e9tricas del mercado P2P de activos virtuales, incluyendo precios de referencia, liquidez, estructura de operadores y exposici\u00f3n del sistema bancario, con respaldo metodol\u00f3gico de Blockfinity Advisors y Crystal Intelligence.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cBolivia necesitaba un espacio institucional serio donde reguladores, banca y empresas pudieran dialogar sobre la realidad del mercado de activos digitales.
