nuevas tecnolog\u00edas financieras al integrarse a la red financiera interconectada creada por Finconecta. En el entramado global participan diversos actores financieros como instituciones financieras, FinTechs y otros, para acceder a la plataforma abierta llamada 4wrd\u201d, dice informaci\u00f3n de la entidad financiera.<\/p><p>\u201cLa soluci\u00f3n est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ada para proveer una integraci\u00f3n segura y escalable, entre los sistemas core bancarios y soluciones de tecnolog\u00eda financiera\u201d, explicaron los ejecutivos de la empresa capitalizada por el BID.<\/p><p>El ChatBot de BancoSol es una soluci\u00f3n para Facebook Messenger que provee atenci\u00f3n a clientes y usuarios de la entidad para responder a preguntas frecuentes, brindar informaci\u00f3n referida a productos, servicios y canalizar la comunicaci\u00f3n hacia canales de banca por tel\u00e9fono y
